Siding Rochester NY

Window Installation

- Double pane Windows come with Low E and Argon Gas. Low E is a film sprayed onto the inner part of the glass to reflect ultra violet draws back outside. Argon Gas deadens any potential infiltration.
- We love the Extreme 3000 series for its Patented Coil Balance System. The balance system is what make the Window move up and down on double hungs. Other Window manufacturers use a string or a black spiral pole.
- The Windows are molded to fit each one of your openings to the 1/8 of an inch to ensure a tight fit. The use of stock windows could lead to a fit with gaps leading to air infiltration.
- Our Window installers only install Windows and Doors. They are specialists and skilled at bending aluminum for all your Trim needs.
Roof Installation
- We primarily use the Owens Corning Duration Roof because of its ranking in Consumer Reports. However, we can use a different Roof if we need to lower the price to accommodate ones budget.
- While Roofing has never been more expensive the quality, warranty and installation practices have all improved. So in today’s market you’re paying more for a better job. Ice and Water Shield (72 inches along base perimeter) is now part of NYS Building when in days past it was nothing but an add on option rarely used.
- We pay extra money to our Insurance Company to do Roofing. Simple General Liability Insurance does not cover Roofing. It needs to be spelled out in the policy so be sure to verify that when shopping. To put it simple- our Insurance Company knows we are doing Roofing.
- We have only one Roofing crew and that’s all they do. They have been with us for over 7 years. We work full days and do not do two jobs at once.

- We can install a Sliding Glass Door if you choose. The interior Trim is usually Pine and the exterior is usually Aluminum Coil Stock.Anytime “you’re” cutting a hole in your House you want to be sure you have hired skilled and accountable tradesmen.
Fence Installations
- We install a variety of Fencing: Chain Link, Stockade, Vinyl, Picket, Dog Earred.
- All Footers are 24 or 36 inches (depending on Town/City) below ground level in cement.
