While Roofing has never been more expensive the quality, warranty and installation practices have all improved. So in today’s market you’re paying more for a better job. Ice and Water Shield (72 inches along base perimeter) is now part of NYS Building Codes when in days past it was nothing but an add on option rarely used. We primarily use the Owens Corning Duration Roof because of its #1 ranking in Consumer Reports. However, we can use a different Roof if we need to lower the price to accommodate ones budget. We have only one Roofing crew and that’s all they do. They have been with us for over 7 years. We work full days and do not do two jobs at once.
